How to Submit a Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of personal data associated with your interaction with Enaxia, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
Include in your email
- The email address, phone number, or other identifier you used when interacting with Enaxia
- A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted (e.g., contact inquiry records, email correspondence, phone call details)
- Any additional context that would help us locate the relevant records
We will review and process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a valid request. In some cases we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Scope of This Process
This deletion process applies to personal data collected directly by ENAXIA TECH - FZCO through:
- Our public website at enaxia.com
- Email or phone communications initiated by you
- Contact forms, inquiry submissions, or meeting requests
- Business engagement or pre-sales interactions with our team
Please note that we may be required by law to retain certain records for a specified period even following a valid deletion request. In such cases we will inform you of any data we are obliged to retain and the reason.
