How to Submit a Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of personal data associated with your interaction with Enaxia, please send an email to info@enaxia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” .
Include in your email
- The email address, phone number, or other identifier you used when interacting with Enaxia
- A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted (e.g., contact inquiry records, email correspondence, phone call details)
- Any additional context that would help us locate the relevant records
We will review and process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a valid request. In some cases we may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
