Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ENAXIA TECH - FZCO (trading as Enaxia) collects through enaxia.com and how we use, protect, and handle it.

Effective date: May 2026

01 / Who we are

Who We Are

ENAXIA TECH - FZCO (trading as Enaxia), License No. 60141, is a company incorporated and licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ). Our registered office is at 60141 - 001, Building A1, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We develop governed AI workforce and operations automation software for businesses, marketed under the Autarkia brand. This privacy policy covers our public website at enaxia.com and any information we collect through direct communications with us. It is also the controlling privacy policy for the analytics and session-recording consent flow on our other brand sites (including sybil.ae and autarkia.ai), whose consent notices link here; ENAXIA TECH - FZCO is the data controller for all of them.

02 / Information we collect

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you contact us through our website, by email, or by phone, we may collect your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and the content of your message or inquiry.

Automatically collected technical data. When you visit enaxia.com, our hosting infrastructure may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security, uptime monitoring, and aggregate analytics.

Analytics identifier and session recordings. For first-party product analytics we use PostHog, which stores a random identifier in your browser’s localStorage — no third-party cookies and no cross-site tracking. With consent in the EU / UK / Switzerland (and implicitly elsewhere, with an opt-out), this also includes a session recording that masks all form inputs at capture time. We do not use any of this for advertising. See “Website Analytics and Session Recording” below for the full detail and your choices.

03 / How we use information

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Communicate with prospective and current clients throughout a business relationship
  • Improve, maintain, and secure our website
  • Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve our content and services
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

04 / Analytics and session recording

Website Analytics and Session Recording

We use PostHog for first-party product analytics so we can see which parts of the site are useful and which are confusing. PostHog stores a random identifier in your browser’s localStorage — there are no third-party cookies and no cross-site tracking — and receives:

  • pageviews (URL, referrer, and viewport size);
  • Core Web Vitals performance metrics (LCP, CLS, INP);
  • aggregate engagement signals (scroll depth and time-on-page);
  • and, for visitors in the EU / UK / Switzerland only after you click “Accept” on the consent banner, a session recording in which all form inputs (such as name, email, phone, and message) are automatically masked at capture time. Everywhere else (including the UAE) recording starts implicitly and you can opt out using the controls described below.

We never sell this data and we do not use it for advertising. Browsers that signal Global Privacy Control (GPC) are never recorded — we honour the signal as a universal opt-out. Cloudflare also processes basic request data (such as your IP address) transiently to deliver pages and keep the site secure; we do not use it to identify or profile you across the web.

To opt out, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, decline the consent banner where shown, or use a browser privacy extension. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the website.

05 / Business communications

Business Communications

If you contact us or submit a business inquiry, we may follow up by email or phone to respond to your request or to share information about Autarkia that we believe may be relevant to you.

We do not send unsolicited bulk marketing emails. If you wish to stop receiving communications from us, you may request this at any time by emailing info@enaxia.com .

06 / Data sharing

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

We may share data with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf — for example, web hosting providers, email services, or analytics platforms. These providers are engaged under appropriate confidentiality obligations and are not authorised to use your data for their own purposes.

We may disclose personal data if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Enaxia, our clients, or others.

07 / Data retention

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfil a business relationship, or meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

When personal data is no longer required for any of these purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it. If you wish to request earlier deletion, please see the “Your Rights” section below.

08 / Security

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures are reviewed and updated as our services evolve.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure. While we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from our website.

09 / International data processing

International Data Processing

Enaxia is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Personal data you provide to us may be processed in the UAE or by service providers located in other countries.

By using our website or contacting us, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction, which may have different data protection standards.

10 / Your rights and contact

Your Rights and Contact

Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you.
